To understand people’s behaviour, attitudes and needs in digital world he has traveled across 5 continents delivering consulting solutions. Now he wants to change the mindset, ask questions and conceptualise solutions that focus on social and environmental sustainability. Being nature lover and photographer he frequently visits sanctuaries and was recently awarded a Bronze medal by Fédération Internationale de l’Art Photographique.

Shailesh is serving in the field of Finance and Taxation for last 27 Years have a passion for Environment and is a Nature lover at Heart. He has worked for over 20 years as volunteer for various non-profit organizations including Cow Shelters, Child Education, The Nature Conservancy etc. He brings his experience and knowledge in fund raising and documentation work for smooth running of the society’s day to day operations.

Swati manages the finances and funds allocations of each campaign. An environmentalist to her core, she loves connecting with the campaigns who are looking to help the planet. She enjoys taking long walks up mountains and is always seeking adventure, whether that’s trying a new sport, taking a road trip, or just hiking around town.

Pooja is a certified nutritionist and a yoga coach. With 15+ years working in IT managing large scale projects, she is a strong believer in using technology for the greater good and is now engaging with the partners for various campaigns. Deeply passionate about saving the planet, she is a big advocate of making green living mainstream and enjoys conducting her yoga class in nature. When she is not working on Boondein campaigns you can find her by the sea, in the mountains, or on a yoga mat.

Utkarsh manages our projects team, oversees our Tree Planting, Birds Feeders installation Projects in different states. Having a background from a small town he values the importance of our connection to nature. He is happy to be part of our mission in eliminating carbon footprints and help support the team and increase the pace and scale of our work.
RAJESH
PLANTATION SUPERVISOR
Rajesh advises Boondein in conservation of native species, improving the ecosystem services, and producing higher yield by enhancing plant’s nutrients. He studies the plant species in the plantation location and plants trees.
SANJAY
PROJECT CORDINATOR
Sanjay is the backbone of Boondein’ Paudha team. He executes the plantation with utmost care and with least uncertainties; and maintains highest quality. His passion for trees can be seen in his work. An all rounder in the field of executing projects.
BABLU
TRANSPORTATION MANAGER
Bablu, born and brought up in a small town of BIHAR state, manages the transportation / logistics of all products. He maintains the inventory and makes sure that the required material reaches the project site on time.
